    Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Drizzle a thin layer of olive oil over the foil to prevent sticking. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the sheet, then drizzle a little more olive oil on top of the shrimp.
  4. Bake:
    Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the shrimp are golden and crispy.
  5. Finish:
    Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp before serving.

Serving Suggestions
